Customization & Delivery
The process includes requirements review, engineering evaluation, technical agreement, contract production, pre-acceptance, and delivery.
Standard models are usually delivered within 15-20 working days. Complex customized machines normally take 30-45 working days, subject to the contract.

We respond within 24 hours. Non-human-caused component failures during the warranty period are covered, with remote or on-site engineering support as needed.
Yes. We provide lifetime paid technical support, maintenance, replacement parts, and on-site service at preferential rates for existing customers.
