In recent years, overseas foodservice and seasoning demand for spicy flavors has kept Chinese chili product exports on a healthy path. Korea and Japan remain the main import markets for chili powder, while demand in Southeast Asia and Russia is growing clearly.
Industry insiders believe companies with stable quality, traceability and cold-chain storage capacity will have the edge in international competition.
